How much time do I need to dedicate per week?

In addition to the 75-minute weekly session, you need between 3 and 8 hours per week to implement what we work on. The process works when there is real work between sessions.

What happens if I can't make a session one week?

I coordinate in advance to reschedule without affecting the process. Schedule flexibility is part of how I work.
